Each garage owner will pay a nominal fee (est. $300/yr.) to the Condo Garage Association to cover liability insurance and grounds maintenance.  The Association operates as an organization with officers and voting members according to the state mandated by-laws. Each owner has 1 vote in decisions members choose to make.
